Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via email/SMS within 30 minutes. A booking is only valid once you receive the driver assignment with vehicle plate and chauffeur name.
2. Pricing
Quoted fares are all-inclusive: driver, fuel, tolls, and parking. Additional stops, waiting beyond 60 minutes, or itinerary changes may incur extra charges agreed in advance.
3. Payment
We accept cash (PHP), GCash, and major credit/debit cards. Corporate clients may request monthly invoicing subject to approval.
4. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 6 hours incur 50% of fare. No-shows are billed in full.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with Philippine law. Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are prohibited and grounds for trip termination without refund.
6. Luggage & Belongings
We exercise reasonable care but are not liable for items left behind. Notify us within 24 hours to coordinate retrieval.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Insurance
All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance as required by Philippine law. Personal travel insurance is recommended for international guests.
9. Privacy
We collect only data necessary to deliver service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Cebu City.
